Bio
In 2020, Paige graduated with Honours from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. During her undergrad, she explored her interests both academically and in extracurriculars related to Marketing, Strategy and Leadership.
During her degree, Paige had the opportunity to complete two exchange semesters. Paige spent a winter studying in Buenos Aires, learning Spanish. She followed the semester with a summer volunteering in Environmental Conservation around South America – most notably in Torres Del Paine National Park, Patagonia, Chile. This was undoubtedly the most impactful experience of her travels, inspiring her to further explore environmental courses when she returned to her studies. Paige spent her final semester in Rome learning Italian and followed her interests in international business and global marketing.
After graduating, Paige joined PepsiCo Beverages in Ottawa as part of the Sales Leadership Program. She took the opportunity to join a global CPG, learn from industry leaders, and grow as a sales professional. As a Sales Representative, she managed customer relationships, and excelled in sales fundamentals. She was quickly promoted to Delivery Supervisor, to lead operations for the Ottawa Delivery Department. She managed a team of unionized employees and developed projects to drive efficiencies in service and safety. As her leadership capabilities and operations knowledge grew, she moved to Toronto to optimize an even bigger delivery operations department with PepsiCo. In 2023, Paige transitioned to PepsiCo Canada HQ, as the Sobeys National Sales Analyst. She learned retail sales promotional strategy, honed her reporting capabilities, and led insights and analytics.
Once at HQ, Paige immediately started to pursue her interests in sustainability, joined the Green Team, led the metrics and lunch & learn teams, and became the Pep+ subject matter expert on team Sobeys. She strived to learn more, studying in the Water Stewardship Academy, participating in Pep+ events, and connecting with sustainability experts throughout PepsiCo.
In her spare time, Paige enjoys dance classes, yoga, and hiking all over the world. She especially enjoys spending time outdoors when she has the chance to return home to Vancouver and enjoy some West Coast ocean air, forest walks, and mountain adventures.
