Bio
Jordan graduated with First Class Honors from The Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in 2020. Her primary academic interests are social and sustainable responsibility, digital innovation, and marketing and design. While her studies allowed her to build a varied background, she was most passionate about understanding how businesses and governments can structure their practices to promote social and sustainable good. In her final year, she wrote a comprehensive analysis on how different cities and organizations could adopt sustainable and technological farming practices to decrease food waste and insecurity in urban settings.
Upon graduating, Jordan spent four years working across strategy and community at Electronic Arts, the globally renowned video game company where she worked on improving the representation of marginalized people in entertainment. During this time, she worked with several Indigenous groups on in game integrations that educated audiences on the historical effects of climate change which limited biological resources used by in environmental and medicinal practices.
In her free time, Jordan loves to do arts and crafts including crocheting, making jewelry, and painting! She also loves spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and swimming.
