To book a space within the Recreation, Athletics, & Wellness Centre on behalf of a University of Toronto department/faculty, please take the time to review our Rental Policies and Procedures, and complete this form.

Note: Space is extremely limited due to programming demands, we advise to put in your request(s) for review as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT! If you are a recognized UTM Student Club/Group looking to rent our facilities, please use the Student Group Rental Form and follow the steps prescribed in the page. If you are not a U of T department/faculty/office, please use the External Rental form.
