• Intended for students who experience issues requesting a deferral on ACORN or those who are receiving a scholarship

• Open to full-time domestic UTM students
• Must demonstrate financial need and are receiving a government student loan

International Fee Exemption Form (PDF)

• Include a picture or scanned copy of your supporting documentation (government-issued photo ID). The photo or scanned copy must be clear, and of sufficient quality

• Include a picture or scanned copy of your TCard and supporting documentation (government-issued photo ID). The photo or scanned copy must be clear, and of sufficient quality

Petition Form

• Submit your supporting documents on AskRegistrar by following the steps below.

• If you are submitting documents for your petition:

  1) Login to AskRegistrar 
  2) Click on "Connect with Us".
  3) Select Petitions as the category, and Submit documentation as the topic.
  4) Enter your petitions tracking number.
  5) Upload your documentation as a PDF format.

  If your petition was refused and you are submitting an appeal

  1) Login to AskRegistrar
  2) Click on "Connect with Us".
  3) Select Petitions as the category, and Appeal Submission as the topic.
  4) Enter the petition tracking number of the petition you are appealing.
  5) Upload your appeal statement and any supporting documentation in a PDF format.

Program Fee Change Form

• Students in deregulated programs can use this form to request a deregulated per-course fee assessment (instead of the deregulated program fee)
