What is a Peer-led Wellness Workshop?

The Peers Supporting Peers Program (PSP) offers peer-led Wellness Workshops at various days and times, which are open to all UTM students.  Peer-facilitated interactive workshops introduce students to wellness strategies that they can integrate into their daily routine. Students are provided with tools to help them track their daily habits, recognize patterns of behaviours that may be impacting their overall wellbeing, and set achievable wellness goals.

Drop-in Workshops (Stream 2)

Peer Mentors offer weekly drop-in peer support on Wednesdays from 11:30pm - 1:00pm at the Wellness Den (DV 2207). Registration is not required.
