We are unable to show residence rooms at this time as we are occupied with students. We will be able to speak about residence and show you common spaces in our buildings.
Students interested in viewing undergraduate residence prior to attending UTM are strongly encouraged to take a tour. Our highly educated Residence Services Assistants (RSAs) will guide participants through traditional-style (Oscar Peterson Hall) and townhouse-style (McLuhan Court) units, and are able to answer any additional questions about Residence.

Residence tours can be between 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM. We will send an email confirmation of your tour time.
