Where can I find my letter mail?

All mail is distributed through mailboxes located in Oscar Peterson Hall, located on the first floor, behind the lobby. Each resident unit shares a mailbox number with other residence students and one mailbox key will be issued per student (at time of check-in). Please provide the correct mailing address to ensure its delivery. Incorrect addresses will be ‘returned to sender’ and not delivered to the recipient. Lost mail keys will be subject to a replacement charge of $25, as will unreturned keys at the time of check-out.

 

How do I get my packages?

Packages in residence will be received and distributed at the Residence Services Desk in Oscar Peterson Hall. Students can pick up their package after 3PM on the day they receive the parcel notice. Residents are required to provide proof of T-Card in order to pick up packages. Please ensure your Tcard name is on your package for ease of delivery. Any package under a different name will not be accepted. 

 

Graduate & Medical Students 

All mail is distributed through mailboxes located in Schreiberwood by Residence Road. Each unit shares the corresponding mailbox; one mailbox key will be issued per student (at time of check-in). All parcels for Graduate and Medical students will be delivered to the Residence Services Desk located in Oscar Peterson Hall using the mailing address below.
