Melissa Gallé

What do you do?
I work with a team of Special Event Coordinators & we assist in planning all events on campus, hosting external meetings/conferences and even the occasional film shoot! We build relationships with our clients and have the ability to create memories for their students.

What is your favorite thing about UTM?
The nature that is spread all over campus is my favorite aspect of UTM. You have the country feeling while still being in the city.

What is the part of your role at UTM that you like the most?
We have the ability to work alongside every department in the University.

What do you like doing outside of work?
Travel! I am a big traveler and have a bucket list of all the countries I would like to travel to. Cooking and hosting family and friends is another one of my favorite activities to do when I have spare time.

What is your favorite food?
I love all kinds of different foods; however what I do love the most is that feeling after having a really great meal.

FUN FACT
I moved to Goa, India when I was 17 years old to explore their culture and how it translates into their hospitality and food.
