Impacts on Canada Post mail service at UTM
Canada Post has resumed operations effective December 17, 2024 however you may experience mail and delivery delays from now until January 2025.
Staff, faculty and librarians who regularly send or receive mail through Canada Post are encouraged to notify any students, vendors or clients of the delays in the delivery of items through Canada Post. Those who regularly rely on Canada Post are encouraged to continue looking for alternatives to deliver these shipments, such as courier services.
It will take Canada Post time to get through the volume of mail and parcels that have been building since the strike began on November 15, 2024.
Inter-campus courier service between St. George and UTM have not been affected and will continue.
