Who You Will Meet
The EDI Breakfast will be attended by up to 80 University of Toronto students and new graduates from equity-deserving groups. This includes individuals who face discrimination or harassment based on age, ancestry, citizenship, colour, creed, disability, ethnic origin, family status, gender expression, gender identity, marital status, place of origin, race, record of offenses, and sex and/or sexual orientation.
All programs of study will be represented.
To help them prepare for the event, students will receive information on the attending employers and networking tips prior to the event.

Eligibility Requirements
The event is open to employers that have diversity and inclusiveness resources or programs to support their staff. Organizations of all sizes from all industries and sectors are welcome to apply.
Employers are not required to have job opportunities currently open in order to participate.
Each of the 10 employers will be asked to bring two representatives - a recruiter or hiring manager and a staff member from an equity-deserving group who will share the recruitment process, work environment, and overall experience being part of the organization.
Become a Sponsor
Increase your brand awareness, improve public perception, and provide a return on your investment by sponsoring this event for $1,500 + HST. You will also have the opportunity to deliver a keynote address at the start of the event.
