About the Work Study Program at U of T
The Work-Study Program offers on-campus paid positions that provides students with an opportunity to gain practical work experience. The program runs twice each year (fall/winter, and summer). Work Study positions are supervised by U of T Faculty and Staff.
Work Study positions offer students with the opportunity to strengthen skills. Work Study encourages students to self-reflect and be mindful to deepen knowledge and develop life and career skills. The program allows students to explore how academic studies translate into career possibilities.
The Work Study Program is offered in two streams:
- Work Experience Stream
- Research Experience Stream
All Work-Study positions are CCR recognized (see the CCR website to learn more).

How to apply?
Work-Study is offered twice each year: fall/winter and summer. During the job application period, students can viewed and applied for Work Study positions on CLNx.
Check the blue side menu, then follow this path

Summer work-study jobs are generally posted in April/May and fall/winter jobs are posted in August/September. Check CLNx for specific dates.
