Working with the University of Toronto’s Data Science institute the RLEA has developed an online database that will catalogue and compile the growing reference/ archaeological samples housed at the RLEA. This database will record and track sample information and metadata. Comparative slides will be available to other researchers online, and images of the published archaeological slides and associated data will also be available freely online to facilitate open access scholarship and for cross disciplinary- multi-institution partnerships.
