On August 27th, 2020, from 12:00 noon -1:00 pm, we had the honor of hosting Dr. Sonia Kang as part of our IMIx Speaker Series.
Dr. Sonia Kang is a distinguished member of the University of Toronto:
- The Canada Research Chair in Identity, Diversity, and Inclusion,
- An Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management,
- A Faculty Research Fellow at the Rotman School of Management’s Institute for Gender and the Economy (GATE), and
- Chief Scientist, Organizations in the Behavioural Economics in Action Research Centre at Rotman (BEAR).
Sonia received her PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Toronto and completed a SSHRC Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Northwestern University.
