The Effective Healthcare Management program will cover seven topics delivered online via Zoom one night per week (Wednesdays) over a period of nine months. In addition to the sessions, there will be weekly readings. The program will be fully taught in English with no translation services available.

This introduction is intended to provide insights and context that will help you understand the scope of healthcare activities and the challenges and opportunities that are being and will be faced in the years to come.
