IMIx Global Leadership Development Program
Our collaboration with the Industrial Commercial Bank of China was instrumental in bringing middle-level managers from China to the Institute for Management & Innovation (IMI). Through this partnership, we successfully expanded the range of programs offered beyond finance and banking to include critical areas such as risk management, global business, communication, and leadership excellence.
We place great importance on providing our participants with a holistic educational experience that goes beyond the confines of the classroom. To achieve this, we incorporated experiential learning opportunities into the curriculum. Our international participants attended conferences, embarked on company tours, participated in industry networking events, and engaged in an enriching internship program. By immersing themselves in these external activities, our participants developed a well-rounded skill set combining theoretical knowledge with practical application.
