U of T's New Microsoft Teams Chat Retention Policy

Starting September 16, 2024, UoT will implement a 30-day retention policy for individual Teams chat messages outside of designated channels. This enhances security, streamlines data storage, and promotes efficient communication practices university-wide, preserving project-related discussions.
