Matt’s journey in audiovisual technology started during his undergraduate years, where he began as a work study student, handling everything from pushing AV carts to managing events and classroom experiences. His deep involvement at every operational level fueled his ascent to the role of Manager, Event and Classroom Experience.

When asked about his decision to further his education, Matt shared, "Each audiovisual space presents unique challenges, constantly pushing me to think up new solutions. This dynamic environment made the decision to pursue further education an obvious step for me."

For those looking to balance career advancement with further education, Matt advises, "Find an area that genuinely interests you and immerse yourself in it. However, don’t forget to take mental breaks. They’re crucial for long-term success."
