Collaborative Digital Research Space

Collaborative Digital Research Space (CDRS)

CDRS supports collaborative and innovative humanities, arts, and social science research at UTM. CDRS offers workshops, seminar series, roundtables, writing retreats for graduate students and faculty, and more.

Robert Gillespie Academic Skills Centre (RGASC)

The RGASC supports the development of academic skills for student success and the development of instructors' pedagogical practices. The RGASC offers workshops, writing retreats, and one-on-one appointments related to writing, numeracy, and study skills.

UTM Career Centre

The UTM Career Centre offers in-person and online resources to support graduate students pursuit of academic, alternative academic, and non-academic career development.

UTM Library

The UTM Library offers consults with liaison librarians, access to resources across all U of T Libraries, research and reference support, computers, wireless internet, and a wide range of services.

Office of the Vice-Dean Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs

The Office of the Vice-Dean, Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs is located within the Office of the Dean at UTM. The Office provides assistance in navigating graduate student inquiries and serves as the main point of contact for graduate awards, campus affiliation, and  graduate resources on campus.

School of Graduate Studies GradHub

The School of Graduate Studies' GradHub is a tri-campus resource that offers essential information you need at every phase of your graduate student journey.

Arts and Science's Office of Graduate Professional Development and Student Success (GPDSS)

UTM graduate students enrolled in tri-campus programs based out of the Faculty of Arts & Science can tap into the Faculty's Milestones and Pathways funding program, as well as other writing and professional development services.

Graduate Centre for Academic Communication (GCAC)

GCAC provides graduate students with advanced training in academic writing and speaking. GCAC offers non-credit courses, single-session workshops, individual writing consultations, writing intensives, and resources for academic writing and speaking.

Centre for Graduate Mentorship and Supervision (CGMS)

CGMS works with graduate students and faculty to support successful graduate mentorship and supervisory relationships by facilitating interpersonal skill-building and informal conflict resolution. CGMS offers coaching, system navigation, workshops, mediation, and facilitation between a graduate student and their supervisor.

Centre for Graduate Professional Development (CGPD)

CGPD supports graduate students navigate the complexity of the academic and professional development landscape at U of T. CGPD programming supports students as they begin graduate study, as they transition to doctoral candidacy, and as they plan their own professional development pathways.

Teaching Assistants' Training Program (TATP) at the Centre for Teaching Support and Innovation (CTSI)

TATP supports teaching at the university. TATP offers programs and workshops that foster inclusive and innovative teaching practices for first-time TAs and Course Instructors and those wishing to develop a range of teaching specializations.
