Staff Excellence Award

Overview

This award recognizes excellent work ISUP staff (individuals or teams) have done. This award intends to highlight specific work that staff have completed within the past 18 months. The award will be given to staff who have developed practices, projects, or initiatives that have enhanced learning, support, and the UTM experience.

Examples of practices, events, policies, programs, or other activities that ISUP Staff may have led or helped develop may include the following:

  • An initiative or program that embeds a commitment to the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • A tool or practice that provides support for faculty, students, staff members at UTM.
  • An initiative or action designed to revise or create procedures, policies, or practices to enhance teaching and learning at UTM.
  • An initiative or program that helps students, staff, or instructors from under-represented groups feel included.
