Mohannad Abusarah is a historian of modern Middle East and Islamic intellectual history. His research focuses on the development of Islamic thought and social dynamics in the 19th and early 20th centuries of Palestine. He investigates the development that took place in relation to European dominance and interaction with Western thought.
