Jacopo De Simoi wins the Brin Prize
Congratulations to Professor Jacopo De Simoi, who was awarded the twelfth Brin Prize for his fundamental contributions to the study of Fermi acceleration, of marked length spectrum rigidity for integrable and dispersing billiards, and entropy rigidity for conservative Anosov flows in dimension 3.

Distinguished Visiting Professor
We are excited to announce that Professor Mikhail Lyubich will join CNAM and the Fields Institute as a Fields-CNAM Distinguished Visiting Professor in the Spring of 2024. Professor Lyubich is a leader in the field of Dynamical Systems. He is a Professor of Mathematics at Stony Brook University and the Director of the Institute of Mathematical Sciences at Stony Brook.
