  • November 7: Recommended application deadline for early consideration.

  • (Varies by year) Deadline to submit an application for the Awards Profile on Join U of T to be considered for U of T scholarships and awards.
  • (Varies by year) The first round of admission offers are made to OUAC applicants currently in high school. Keep in mind that only a small percentage of students will receive their offer during this phase.

March

  • March 1: Deadline for deferred incoming students to confirm return to U of T.
  • March 31: Deadline to qualify for the residence guarantee. Complete Step 1 of the StarRez Application soon because after this date, residence may not be guaranteed.
  • (Varies by year) Monthly round of admission offers are made to OUAC applicants currently in high school.

April

  • (Varies by year) Monthly round of admission offers are made to OUAC applicants currently in high school.

May

  • May 1: For Canadian and International applicants, the date by which you must select a university may be as early as May 1; review your offer letter for your specific date
  • (Late May) The final round of admission offers are made to OUAC applicants currently in high school.

June

  • June 3: For Ontario high school applicants, the last date by which you must select a university offer to accept on OUAC. Review your offer letter for your specific date.
  • (Throughout June) We continue to make offers to qualified students on a rolling basis as space remains in programs.

July

  • (Early July) Deferral request form becomes available on Join U of T for admitted students wanting to defer their offer to next academic year.
  • (Throughout July) We continue to make offers to qualified students on a rolling basis as space remains in programs.

August

  • (Throughout August) We continue to make offers to qualified students on a rolling basis as space remains in programs.
