• (Mid September) The online application will be available on the Ontario Universities' Application Centre website. Check with your school/guidance counsellor for details and assistance.
• September 26-27: The Ontario Universities' Fair takes place.

• (Mid October) Access to the Join U of T website opens for applicants.

• November 7: Recommended application deadline for early consideration.

• (Early December): Document deadline for early consideration. This includes academic reports and transcripts to date, supplementals, and English proficiency test results. 

• (Varies by year) Deadline to submit an application for the Awards Profile on Join U of T to be considered for U of T scholarships and awards.
• (Varies by year) The first round of admission offers are made to OUAC applicants currently in high school. Keep in mind that only a small percentage of students will receive their offer during this phase.

• March 1: Deadline for deferred incoming students to confirm return to U of T.
• March 31: Deadline to qualify for the residence guarantee. Complete Step 1 of the StarRez Application soon because after this date, residence may not be guaranteed.
• (Varies by year) Monthly round of admission offers are made to OUAC applicants currently in high school.

• May 1: For Canadian and International applicants, the date by which you must select a university may be as early as May 1; review your offer letter for your specific date

• June 1: For Ontario high school applicants, the last date by which you must select a university offer to accept on OUAC. Review your offer letter for your specific date.
• (Throughout June) We continue to make offers to qualified students on a rolling basis as space remains in programs.

• (Early July) Deferral request form becomes available on Join U of T for admitted students wanting to defer their offer to next academic year.
