UPDATE: please note the updated dates as this structural and drilling work for Spigel Hall and Commissary Kitchen project continues into the first week of July 2024.
The Davis Spigel Hall and Commissary Kitchen Renovation is currently in progress. In order to facilitate routing of HVAC ducts, structural work has to be completed in a local area on level 2 and 3 of W.G. Davis ‘L’ block. This requires drilling into the concrete structure to install reinforcing steel.
WHAT:
Structural work that produces intermittent, loud concrete drilling noise
WHERE:
W.G. Davis L Block in Room DV2070 and DV3093
WHEN: Since June 24– July 5, 2024
HOW THIS WILL AFFECT YOU:
Users around Room DV2070 and DV3093 will hear intermittent drilling noise which may affect the activities of individuals or groups in neighbouring areas.
