An interruption to the ventilation and cooling system in the W.G. Davis Building, JKL Block is scheduled to take place on July 2, 3 & 4 (from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM).
This work is required to tie-in new HVAC ductwork from the Air handling units AHUL2 & AHU-L3 in the JKL block penthouse. This work is part of the Air handling Unit (AHU-L3 & AHU-L2) Replacement project.

HVAC ductwork tie-in from AHUL2 to AHU-L3 so AHUL3 (newly installed) can serve ventilation air to AHU-L2 for the duration of construction of AHU-L2

HOW THIS AFFECTS YOU:
The attached floor plans (colored areas highlighted) show the impacted areas where thermal temperatures may be affected. We expect minimum impact to the space temperatures as the HVAC tie-in will take place early in the morning. Space temperatures may vary by 1 to 2 degrees, depending on the weather.
