Program Fee and Registration

Summer ACE@UTM 2025 fees will be confirmed soon. 

Deposit (non-refundable)  Approx. $1,500
Program Fee (balance)  Approx. $6,000
Student Housing (Additional)   Approx. $2,000

A payment is required to secure your registration in the ACE@UTM program. Students have up to three business days from the date they register to complete one of the following payment options: 

  Option 1: Full Payment                 
  • Pay the program fee in full upon registration
  Option 2: Flexible Payment                                             
  • Pay a non-refundable deposit upon registration
  • Make your second (balance) payment by the posted deadline.

A payment is required at the time of registration. The non-refundable deposit will hold a spot for your in the program. Your enrolment in the program will be secured once we receive your complete payment. 

How to Make a Payment

  • You can make your payment using a credit card online through the ACE@UTM Registration Form. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
  • Once your payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you using the email address you listed on your registration form. 
  • The deadline to register for Summer ACE@UTM (including full payment) will be posted here. 

All-Inclusive ACE@UTM

If you indicate on your ACE@UTM registration that you are interested in the all-inclusive ACE@UTM option, which includes on-campus housing, you will be provided with instructions to complete this additional registration. The additional fee for this option will include a room, and additional support & social programming through the Department of Student Housing and Residence Life. Refunds 

If you are no longer able to participate in the program, you may submit a request to cancel your registration by emailing ace.utm@utoronto.ca with your student number, full name, and reason for cancellation.

The deposit required to hold your space in the program is non-refundable. The remaining balance (including health insurance) can be refunded up to the refund deadline. Please note that refunds will not be issued once the deadline has passed.
