Students are required to complete this form if they wish to enroll in a Political Science course for which they don't have all or some prerequisites that are listed in the Academic Calendar. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and students who lack prerequisites or departmental approval granted via this form may be removed from the course at any time.
