Directors
Noha Alrayyes (fourth-year Accounting Specialist) has been a part of UTMMC since 2022. She first joined as a mentee, a competitor in 2023 and now a director. Over the summer, Noha interned at Bell on the internal audit team and currently works as an administrative assistant for an accounting firm called MyBookly. Noha hopes to continue to learn and improve her skills, with the goal of achieving her CPA designation. In her free time, Noha bakes, listens to music, and spends time with family and friends.
Kelly Nguyen (fourth-year Finance Specialist and economic Major) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team as a competitor since 2023. She is the current co-director at the UTMMC team for 2024 -2025 school year and the co-chair for Women in Leadership at U of T. Kelly is excited about finding new ways to grow. She enjoys baking, photography, and spending time with her friends and family in her free time.
Seoghee Hwang (fourth-year Finance Specialist and Economics major) has been a part of the UTMM Case Competition Team as a competitor since 2023 and a director since 2024. He has experiences as a residence don at UTM, serving the army in Korea, and hopes to continue expanding his skills. In the future, he aims to achieve his CFA designation. In his free time, Seoghee cooks, goes to the gym, and spends time with family and friends.

Mikas Agarwal (third-year Marketing Specialist & Economics Major) is a marketing strategist and student with experience in driving growth at Akran Marketing. He’s held leadership roles and is passionate about automotive tech and creative problem-solving.
Emaan Fatima (fourth-year Management Specialist) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team as a competitor since 2024. Over the summer, Emaan was the Team Lead at the Centre for Student Engagement, responsible for planning and leading the large-scale Parents, Families, & Supporters Orientation. Currently, she continues her Team Lead role, now responsible for managing the Mentorship program for first-year UTM students. Additionally, she is a Business Development Director with the Innovative Business Association (IBA). In her free time, Emaan loves reading, movies, and art.
Chen (Bella) Huang (fourth-year Marketing Specialist & Economics Major) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team as a competitor since 2024. In the summer, she interned at Blue Yonder at the APAC Marketing Department and assisted in B2B marketing strategies for the Taiwan region. She has also been working as the Marketing & Communication Assistant at the UTM Career Centre since 2023. In her free time, she enjoys attending Hip-Hop dance lessons and traveling around the world.
Joceline Ho (fourth-year Accounting Specialist & Economics Major) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team as a competitor since 2024. She aspires to be a CPA. She volunteered at the Innovative Business Association (IBA) as an External Coordinator in 2023 and has interned at multiple companies from different industries in Hong Kong and in Canada. She is working at Philip Morris International, and as a Teaching Assistant for the Department of Management. In her free time, Joceline swims, cooks and does arts & crafts. Her life goal is to learn as many languages as she can.
Kimmy Dinh (third-year Commerce Specialist & Economics Major) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team as a competitor as of 2024. Over the summer, Kimmy was a Marketing Intern at Litespace and started working in the events and experiential marketing industry with companies such as XMC, Cotton Candy, Prime Marketing. She was a brand ambassador and provided logistics support to companies such as Nespresso, Instax, and Prime Video. She has been involved on campus as the VP of UTMFCC, Event’s director with TedxUTM, a Co-chair of SMG with IBA, a Director's Circle recipient for 2024 and a part of the Professional Skills Development Program with the Department of Management. In her free time, Kimmy does art projects, swims, and plays video games.
Sahar Fadda (third-year Finance Specialist and Economics Major), first joined the UTMM Competition team as a mentee during her second year of university. She has gained valuable experience interning at Marsh Canada Limited in their advisory department this past summer, where she was involved in their strategic risk consulting practice. Additionally, Sahar holds leadership roles as the Externals Director at the Innovative Business Association (IBA) and as the Logistics Director for UTM's first Women in Leadership club. As a true extrovert, Sahar enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, and visiting art galleries.
Ledisha Yellapa-Chetty (third-year Finance Specialist & Economics Major) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team as a mentee since 2023. Along with being part of the UTMMC Team, she serves as the Externals Director for UEC. She has recently interned at CIBC Capital Markets as a Investment Banking Analyst. During her free time Ledisha enjoys swimming cooking, and photography.
Sharifamo Odinamamadova (third-year Finance Specialist, Economics Major and Applied Statistics Minor) is a competitor at the UTMMC, having started as a mentee last year. This past summer, she interned as a Venture Capital Analyst at First Check Ventures, deepening her expertise in the field and focusing on identifying & supporting early-stage startups across the globe. As the President of 180 Degrees Consulting - University of Toronto, she leads a dynamic team in providing strategic consulting services to non-profits and socially conscious organizations. Her leadership extends to her role as Vice President of Student Engagement at the Innovative Business Association (IBA) at U of T. Sharifamo has also held significant roles as a Strategy Consultant at Munich Re, a Social Impact Consultant at Global Spark, and a Financial Analyst Intern at AKDN, as well as project management roles at EBRD and UNHCR in Central Asia. With a strong academic background in Finance, Economics, and Applied Statistics, and a passion for social impact, Sharifamo is dedicated to driving change and empowering the next generation of leaders.
Aima Shafiq (fourth-year Management Specialist) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team as a competitor since 2023. Over the summer, Aima was a Platform Marketing Intern at Kraft Heinz. She has been involved on campus as a LAUNCH Leader with the CSE, a Creative Director with IBA, and a Teaching Assistant with the Department of Management. In her free time, she loves reading, painting, making tiny book nooks, and yoga.
Mohammed Umer (third-year Accounting Specialist and Economics Major) is a competitor at the UTMMC, having started as a mentee last year. Last summer, he interned at CIBC in portfolio management and optimization for real estate. In his free time, he enjoys watching soccer and F1.
Alejandro Roca Velez (third-year Commerce Specialist & Economics Major) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team since 2024. He served as the VP External for UTMMC and Co-chair for IBA's Fincomp. He interned at Grupo Vanti as a Finance Intern learning about margins and rates in the natural gas distribution industry. In his free time, he enjoys sports, martial arts and personal training.
Darren Kin-Tze Tang (third-year Finance Specialist and Economic Major) has been a competitor on the UTMM Competition Team since 2024. He actively pursues new knowledge by listening to podcasts, participating in Web3 projects, and exploring different countries. Outside of studies, he conducts experiments with molecular gastronomy and dabbles in landscape photography.
Nina Ricci Lu (fourth-year Finance Specialist and Economics Major) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team as a competitor since 2024. In the summer of 2024, Nina worked as a Consultant intern in the Tax Transformations department at KPMG. Before this, she gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst intern at EA Sports and contributed as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Management. Outside of her professional endeavours, Nina enjoys capturing life's moments through photography, playing tennis and snowboarding with friends and family. She is an avid F1 fan and enjoys racing go-karts on weekends.
Mentees
Sahar Himmati (second-year Biology for Health Sciences & Commerce Double Major) has joined UTMM Competition as a mentee for the 2024-25 academic year. She is currently an Externals Director for the Innovative Business Association (IBA). This past summer she interned as an Equity Research Associate in Global Emerging Markets at a student-run investment company called Ranger Equity Investments. Here, she performed equity research, built valuation models, and presented proposed equities for inclusion in a fund. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and studying philosophy.
Aizhanym Shaikhiyeva (second-year Finance Specialist & Economics Major) has been a member of the UTMM Competition Team as a mentee since 2024. With experience engaging various age groups, from youth at ecology seminars to retirees in her social club, she aims to further enhance her communication skills. She attributes her smooth university transition to mentorship programs like TCP, Launch, and IBA Bizmentorship. Currently, she is a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Economics and enjoys watching K-dramas, learning languages with Duo, and outdoor walks in her free time.
Adilya Kozhabay (second-year Finance Specialist) has been a member of the UTMM Competition team as a mentee since August 2024. She interned as a Private Equity Analyst at DZS Capital and Yellow Creek Search, both U.S. based private equity search funds where she evaluated potential investment opportunities. She has also been an Investment Analyst at UTM Capital, Director of Finance at ACE UTM, VP of Finance at UTM Women's Health and VP of Events at UTM Debate Club.
Zere Yergazy (second-year Finance Specialist and Economics Major) has been a member of the UTMM Competition team as a mentee since August 2024. In the past she has been an Investment Analyst at UTM Capital. Currently she is also an Internal Director at ACE UTM and an Associate at the Innovative Business Association in the Clubs & Conferences department. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking, traveling the world and spending time with family and friends.
