Mr. Elamroussy will earn his PhD degree in Middle/Near Eastern Languages and Cultures from Indiana University in 2024. He has been a PhD candidate since 2019. His PhD dissertation is about Jihad, War, and Peace in Islam with focus on texts from the Qur'an, Sunnah, and Islamic Jurisprudence. He earned his Master's Degree in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language from the American University in Cairo in 2012. His research interests include Classical Arabic, Islamic Studies, Modern Standard Arabic, and Linguistics.
