We are delighted to announce that three of our students were recognized for their achievements this past academic year at a reception hosted by the Dean's Office on May 29.

Liam McFadden (top left) was awarded the Dean's Excellence Award in Research Excellence for his paper entitled "Language Mapping for Linguists", which was nominated by Prof. Avery Ozburn.

Sarah Mastrangelo (bottom left), double major in Italian and Cinema Studies, received the E.A. Robinson Award for Part-time Studies.

Hannah Rognan (right), linguistics major (and double minor in Anthropology and Sustainability), was awarded the Outstanding Academic Performance in Program Award, which recognizes top academic performance by an undergraduate across the Department's programs.

Prof. Arsalan Kahnemuyipour was in attendance as our students were presented their awards by Acting Vice-President and Principal, Prof. Ian Orchard.
