We're excited to announce that Liam McFadden, who won the Dean's Excellence Award in Research Excellence this past May, has also won the best poster award at the Annual Meeting of the Canadian Linguistic Association (CLA), which was hosted at Carleton University this year. Liam's poster was entitled “Language mapping for linguists”.

It is very rare for an undergraduate student to win this award. Heartiest congratulations to Liam and to his supervisor, Prof. Avery Ozburn!
