Congratulations to Tammy Duong!
Tammy Duong (McCauley Lab) won the Dean's Excellence Award for Research Excellence. Here's an exerpt from the Dean's letter, congratulating Tammy on her excellent work:
"The Committee was impressed with your paper entitled, "The effects of non-consumptive predation stress on immune response in Libellulid dragonflies". The committee noted the following strengths of your work- the research very clearly demonstrated the independence and creativity of the researcher at every stage from developing a research question to research design. The student combined methods and concepts from various disciplines, and impressively introduced a new method to the lab where she worked. She prepared for various forms of presentation, oral and written, for general public and specialist audiences."
Nicely done, Tammy!
