New Course Resource Implications Form
The New Course Resource Implications Form must be completed for all new course proposals submitted for Curriculum Committee review with the exception of new ROP, thesis and independent study courses. Please confirm submission of this form in the CM proposal.
Existing Course Resource Implications Form
This Existing Course Resource Implications Form should be submitted if the existing resourcing for the course will change as a result of the proposed curriculum change, such as changes to instructional hours and delivery mode. This form is not required for ROP, thesis and independent study courses. Please confirm submission of this form in the CM proposal.
