Non-invasive high-throughput plant phenotyping system with
PlantEye F600 sensor (3D laser, near-infrared, red, green, blue) and HortControl software. It measures the following:
- Morphological parameters - digital biomass, plant height, leaf area, leaf inclination, leaf angle, light penetration depth
- Spectral reflectance - RGB, NIR, Greenness
- Spectral indices - Normalized Difference vegetative index (NDVI), Normalized pigments chlorophyll ratio index (NPCI), Plant senescence reflectance index (PSRI)
