Important Messages about Summer Course Offerings:
- UTM intends to strengthen summer enrolment in 2024 by increasing the number of online courses and seats offered in Summer 2024. This will provide all students with enrolment options that best suit their respective summer obligations and to meet students where they are.
- Please indicate which courses (if any) have been approved to be delivered Online or Hybrid by checking off this box on the Course Offering Submissions application.
- Courses that you wish to offer online for the first time in Summer 2024, should include a note in the “Rationale” area of the CO Submission tool requesting approval/exception.
- Units are encouraged to consider offering courses which may not have been offered in past years, and courses which may appeal to a broader group of students.
In planning your courses, please review enrolments and waitlists from previous offerings including waitlists from current Fall/Winter terms, as these are often indicators of anticipated demand.
