The Centre for Urban Environments' (CUE) vision is to promote healthier and more sustainable urban environments by providing local, national, and global leadership in research, training, public engagement and policy. As part of this vision, CUE aims to provide a bridge between the university and the public by organizing a series of public seminars, symposia, and workshops. These events host cutting-edge researchers from around the world to discuss their work and its implications for urban environmental issues.
A list of upcoming seminars and events can be found here. Information on past events is also available here. Those interested in organizing or hosting a public seminar, workshop or symposium in collaboration with CUE are encouraged to consult our workshop/symposium grants to see if their event may qualify for additional funding, or contact the Director at cue@utoronto.ca.
