This exhibit, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the release of The Legend of Zelda includes rare editions, console and handheld technologies from the Syd Bolton Collection of video games. It covers The Legend of Zelda franchise, tracing its design and storytelling legacy in video game history. Visit the display in-person, in front of the Reference & Research desk.

A selection from The Classroom abuts Brutalist and contemporary campus buildings at UTM, which themselves reflect conceptions of space for teaching and learning. The Classroom unmasks hidden curricula to reveal forms of agency latent in everyday life, with the imagination and wit of young people at its centre.

Muscle Building 101

This specialized program is designed for individuals looking to build a sustainable foundation in strength and muscle growth. Led by our expert, participants will focus on mastering compound movements (Squat, Bench, and Deadlift) while following a structured progression model.

Pilates Reformer Circuit

Elevate your Pilates practice with our dynamic Pilates Circuit class! This energizing, full-body workout moves you through a series of stations using a variety of specialized equipment including the Reformer, Chair, Arc Barrel, Mat, and small props like Pilates rings and toning balls. Sessions available on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and run mid-May to mid-June. Limited spots.

The Community Safety Office is excited to offer FREE Staff and Faculty Wen-Do Women’s Self Defence Workshops across the three campuses this June.  Wen-Do is a program designed for women by women. Techniques are designed for women of all ages, sizes, and abilities. A combination of discussion and practical physical skills results in an integration of mental and physical preparedness.
