What advice would give to undergraduate women who are interested in pursuing a career in STEM?
My advice for undergraduate women who are interested in pursuing a career in STEM would be to not be afraid to follow the path less travelled. Pursuing a career in STEM as a female may come with certain challenges at times, however do not allow these challenges to minimize your goals and the unique perspective and talents you bring to this beautiful field.
