Irina Belaya

Irina brings her expertise as a Data and Information Analyst specializing in data visualization, report building and automation, and process optimization to drive informed decision-making, reinforcing her commitment to leveraging data for strategic growth at UTM. With an MBA in Management Information Systems and a certificate in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, she is currently expanding her skill set by pursuing a certificate in Business Analysis. 

Before joining the data team, Irina worked as an Educational Technologist on the ETO Team, where she applied data analytics to enhance office operations and process planning. Her contributions also included end-user training, documentation creation, and website design.
