50th Celebrations Proposal

Please note:

The deadline for final Celebration Fund submissions will be Friday, Sept. 15, at 5 p.m. Submissions will not be accepted after this date.

The 50th Anniversary has allocated funds towards campus events and projects to ensure anniversary celebrations are a success. To receive funding, a representative from the department must submit a project proposal outlining the aspects of the event or project. After submitting this form, you will be contacted via email to confirm the proposal has been received.

All project proposals that require funding will be reviewed by a subcommittee of the 50th Steering Committee. The subcommittee will review each proposal and inform you of the decision regarding funding.

Please complete all fields below with as much information as possible. Following the completion of this form please send a full budget of the project or event, if not included in the summary statement. All additional files to include with the proposal should be emailed directly to tara.fader@utoronto.ca
