Kaleigh Reyes is a Ph.D. student in Evolutionary Anthropology, specializing in Primatology. Prior to the University of Toronto (UofT), she completed her B.A. in Anthropology and certificate in Animal Behaviour at Indiana University, in her home state. She continued on to pursue her M.A. at Texas State University conducting research on wild parrots and primates within Africa. At UofT, she is working on her dissertation focusing on behavioural and functional morphological aspects of primate sleep. Kaleigh is an avid animal lover and contributes most of her inspiration to her two African Grey Parrots, Zoey and Rocky.
