Please Note: By default our appointments are currently offered online. If you require an in-person appointment, please book by phone or email and indicate you would like to meet in person.

| Global Learning Advising | Learn how to add international experience to your studies via the exciting array of travel, study, research or internship opportunities available through Exchange, UTM Abroad and Global Classrooms. |
| Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Debrief and Coaching | In this 30-minute debrief and coaching appointment, a Qualified Administrator (QA) will go over your IDI Individual Profile Report as well as go over your Individual Development Plan. The goal is to help you understand where you are at in terms of your intercultural learning journey and help you create a plan to enhance your intercultural competence. | On-Location Counseling Services | Students who are registered with the International Education Centre have access to on-location counselling services provided by the Health & Counselling Centre (HCC). Counselling appointments can be scheduled directly with the HCC by calling (905) 828-5255 on Mondays and requesting the on-location counsellor for the IEC. Appointments can take place in person in the International Education Centre, virtually or over the phone. Students may access either same-day appointments or appointments that are scheduled in advance. Some issues that could be discussed in counselling include anxiety, stress, depression, body image, relationship issues and procrastination, among many others. How to Book an Appointment
Appointments can be booked Monday through Friday. Appointments are 30 minutes.
Follow these steps to book your appointment today:
- Login to Folio(opens in a new tab).
- Click the “Appointments” button in the “Find what you want here” section.
- You can also visit/bookmark: https://folio.utoronto.ca/students/appointments/
- Type “IEC” to see available appointments
- Choose your preferred day.
- A list of available appointments will appear.
- Select your preferred appointment.
- Review the details included.
- Select your preferred format (below the details).
- Click “Book”.
