Free Family Movie Day: Inside Out 2!

Date: Saturday, June 15, 2024  

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM  

Location: Cineplex Winston Churchill, 2081 Winston Park Dr, Oakville, ON L6H 6P5 

The Centre for Child Development, Mental Health, and Policy is hosting a free screening of Pixar’s Inside Out 2 for children and families at Cineplex Winston Churchill on Saturday, June 15, 2024 (opening weekend!).  

Inside Out 2 dives into the fascinating world of emotions inside a teenager's mind:  

“Disney and Pixar’s 'Inside Out 2 ’returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone.” (Disney) 

In addition to the movie screening, there will be some pre-show activities for children, and everyone will receive a mini popcorn combo.

•  We have 70 seats reserved for children and families living. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to families living in the Peel Region.  
• Each sign up form is limited to 1 adult with up to 4 children under the age of 16 years.  
• You are confirmed to attend the event when you receive a confirmation email from ccdmp@utoronto.ca by June 7, 2024. 
• If you do not receive a confirmation email, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified. If a spot becomes available, we'll let you know via email by 5:00 pm on June 14, 2024.
