Have you ever dreamed of seeing a polar bear with your own eyes? Maybe an arctic fox or hare? How about one of the many beautiful native arctic plants?
Each summer, UTM Biology offers the chance to do this through a unique and interesting course that allows students to explore and study the arctic tundra and its various beauties. BIO332H5 is a 0.5 FCE field course offered in the summer term. While the subject matter has historically been Arctic Ecology, the course topic and location are subject to change each year. For those interested, there is an optional information session that can be attended that is hosted by the lead instructor, Prof. Peter Kotanen.
When: November 27, 2024 - 3 to 5PM
Where: IB345 & Zoom
