46th Annual BIO481 Symposium & ROP Poster Presentation Day 2025

BIO481 SYMPOSIUM

The BIO481 Symposium is an annual event that is hosted each April by the UTM Biology Department. The symposium provides students who were enrolled in the fourth-year research course, BIO481Y5, to present the work that they have been conducting in the lab alongside our department faculty members. 

The 46th Annual BIO481 Symposium is a two-day event that will take place on April 7 & 8, 2025.

ROP BIOLOGY POSTER DAY

ROP Biology Poster Day takes place each year after the BIO481 Symposium has concluded on Day 2. Biology students who were enrolled in the Research Opportunity Program create and present posters that highlight the research that they had conducted alongside their supervisor. 

The 2025 ROP Biology Poster Day will take place on April 8, 2025, in the MN North Reception from 3-5pm. The event begins at 3pm, the reception and award announcement will begin at 4pm.
