Of course, the best way to understand it is to try it for yourself. And that’s why we welcome you under the morning sky with yoga instructors and UTM alumnae, Tara Verma, BCom'05 and Kiran Verma, HBSc'03.
Lift your spirits, stretch your body and then your mind.

The first 50 participants to arrive will receive a free personal yoga mat courtesy of our affinity partner, Manulife. Complimentary parking in lots P4 and P8.
Enjoy other Spring Reunion activities all weekend long! The Blind Duck Pub will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
