Mr. Anthony Lau is the Director of Hong Kong Talent Engage (HKTE), part of the Labour and Welfare BureaU of The HKSAR Government. HKTE is dedicated to attracting global talent to Hong Kong by providing comprehensive support services, facilitating their settlement, and nurturing their long-term career development in the city.

With a background as a business executive and marketing professional, Mr. Lau has held key managerial positions globally and across the Asia-Pacific region. He has established valuable connections with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, promoting collaboration across various sectors.

During his tenure as the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Tourism Board from 2007 to 2019, he demonstrated extensive expertise in marketing and corporate governance. He played a pivotal role in developing innovative strategies and made significant contributions to Hong Kong's branding and tourism industry.

 

Celia Ding (MBA 2017)

Celia Ding is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience in private equity real estate investment across Asia and North America. Her expertise includes strategy development and execution, portfolio management, marketing, and client relationship management.

Celia recently founded BrightPath Limited, an EdTech startup that leverages AI technology to empower youth financial literacy. She has demonstrated strong leadership and a passion for technology and innovation throughout her career. She applies her extensive practical knowledge of finance and capital markets to her work in financial education for younger generations.

She is active in her community, serving as co-chair of the Hong Kong Rotman Alumni Chapter, an alumni assessor for the Pearson Scholarships at the University of Toronto, a committee member of the Hong Kong International School (HKIS) Leadership Board, and a soccer coach for the Hong Kong Football Club Junior Soccer program.

Henry Cheung is a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, Division of Engineering Science. He also attained an MBA from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. He is a Fellow of the IRSE, IET, HKIE and a Senior Member of the IEEE.

Henry has 38 years’ experience in the railway engineering industry, serving in various capacities in the client, consultant and supplier organization and has delivered railway systems around the world. He has served in various positions in many professional institutions and has lectured in post-graduate level railway engineering courses.

Henry is currently the Vice Chairman of the IRSE Hong Kong, Vice Chairman of the Engineers Registration Board Hong Kong, Chairman of the Finnish Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong, Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Railway Transport Professionals, Board member of the Smart City Consortium, member of the Consultative and Advisory Panel of the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited, Disciplinary Board Panel Member for the Lifts and Escalator Industry, Appeal Board Member for the Registered Construction Workers, Board Member for the Vocational Training Council Electronics and Telecommunications Board, and Electricity Ordinance Disciplinary Tribunal Panel Member.

 

Jovan Trajceski

Jovan is an Analytics Partner at H&M Group with over two decades of experience in analytics, transformation, and innovation across various sectors, including Telecom, Energy, Banking, Financial Services, Fashion, and Public Transportation in North America and Asia Pacific.
He previously was the Head of Sales and Marketing at a data science boutique consultancy working with Fortune 500 clients and the Founder of an HR Tech startup funded by HKSTP - one of the most prominent incubators in Asia.

For the past decade, Jovan has successfully delivered large-scale AI & Cloud Transformation projects, streamlined infrastructure from silos to centralized enterprise roadmap, and modernized analytics from spreadsheets to predictive models to GenAI. He holds a master’s degree in data science and is a CPA.

Jovan sits on the Corporate Advisory Board for HKUST MSBA and is a Venture Mentor at Deep-Tech Lab. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Innovation Committee at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the AI Committee at the Fintech Association of Hong Kong.
