Adrienne Mapp is an experienced professional dedicated to the training and mentoring of individuals in the workplace to achieve the highest levels of performance, as well as discover and achieve career goals.
Since 2003, Adrienne has progressed and advanced through successive positions of responsibility from administrative assistant, quality assurance analyst and team leader to manager of operations at the same company.
As the manager of operations, she is responsible for overseeing all day to day operations of the company, implementing strategic objectives, developing policy and procedure, maintaining stakeholder relationships, meeting budgets goals and many other tasks required to ensure the success of the company. She is also responsible for the hiring, training and development of employees.
Over the past 12 years, Adrienne has been an integral part of building the company from a small unit of four employees to one of the largest units in a division that has grown to over 50 employees.
Adrienne has a passion for continuing education and research related to adult education, career development, community engagement, work-life balance and workplace learning and change.
Adrienne is a working professional with a broad spectrum of coursework and work experience relevant to training skills to adults and recently graduated students for successful transition to the workplace, as well as skill development and career building in the workplace.
