About Me
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to be exposed to great people who have mentored me. The guidance I received has been invaluable for my career development, and I feel paying this experience forward is way I can honour the mentors that invested in me.
My approach to mentorship is to understand the mentee’s personal and professional goals, and work with the mentee to develop a plan to achieve those goals. I try to share thoughts on the Future of Work, emerging industry trends and skills that may enrich the mentee experience, and provide insights on how to achieve success.
I have found mentoring to be an enriching and educational experience for me. I often feel I take away a great deal from the relationship and I’m excited to hear when my mentees succeed in meeting their goals.
