U of T's new violence prevention program debuts at December 6 memorial event

The University of Toronto will be presented with a challenge on December 6 when it marks the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women and Children: No one has to do everything... but everyone has to do something.

That is the mantra behind the Green Dot program, developed at the University of Kentucky by Dr. Dorothy J. Edwards and making its Canadian debut at U of T. Already the program has been implemented at 50 post-secondary institutions in 40 states.
